WHO IT'S FOR
KIDS
Clean up technique before bad habits set in.
TEENAGERS
Hit qualifying times and get on a recruiting radar.
ADULTS
Train for health without fighting the water.
TRIATHLETES
Be the first one out and still have legs for the bike.
THE SESSION
Shoulder prep and stretch cords, and we name the single thing today is about.
Easy swim, kick and drill while we see where everyone actually is.
Lanes rotate through stations. Everybody sees every drill, nobody stands on the wall.
Short, fast repeats. Technique that survives race pace is technique you keep.
Every swimmer leaves with one specific thing to work on, said out loud, by name.
IMAGES/SESSION.JPG
After every session you get a written note on your own swimming: what is costing you time, what changed this week, and the one thing to take into your next practice. Not a group email. Yours.

YOUR COACHES
IMAGES/AGU.JPGAgustin swam two years at the University of the Cumberlands and finished a ten-time NAIA All-American, then transferred to George Mason. At the Atlantic 10 Championships he raced A-finals and took second in both the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay. He represented Argentina at the 2025 World University Games in the 50 and 100 freestyle.
He has been coaching since he was fifteen — five years as a swim instructor, and from eighteen he coached the 14- and 15-year-old group at an elite club in Berlin. He coaches in English, Spanish and German.
I love seeing the joy in my athletes when they drop time and start winning at their sport.
IMAGES/AOUN.JPGAoun has swum for George Mason since 2022, where he is an Atlantic 10 champion and a repeat A-10 podium finisher. In 2026 he ranked inside the top 50 nationally among all NCAA Division I swimmers in the 100 butterfly.
He races the 100 and 200 butterfly and the 50 freestyle, and brings personal training experience onto the deck alongside his coaching. He coaches in English and Arabic.
I coach because I'm driven by what each individual is capable of.
